State Senator Lea Webb State Assemblymember Anna Kelles State Assemblymember Jeff Gallahan Chair of the Cortland County Legislature Kevin Fitch Cortland City Mayor Scott Steve The event will take place at the Cortland Elks Lodge from 8:30 - 10 a.m. Admission is $30/member or $40/non-member; full breakfast buffet provided.
